• 더파크 게스트하우스는 외국인 전용숙박시설 입니다. 이점양해의말씀구합니다.

• The Park Guesthouse may request deposit to secure rooms for guests. Deposit is fully refundable for reservations that have more than 7days time period. However, it is non refundable for reservations that have less than 7days time period.

• 객실 예약확정을 위하여 예약시 보증금을 요청드리고 있습니다. 보증금은 체크인 날이 1주일 이상 남은경우 전액 환불이 가능하나, 7일 이내의 시점에서는 환불이 불가능합니다.

• Guests pay the difference when check-in by card or cash.(wire transfer is also acceptable)

• 전체 숙박료에서 보증금을 뺀 차액은 현장에서 카드 또는 현금으로 결제 가능합니다. (필요시 계좌이체 가능합니다)

• First pay, first serve. Rooms are reserved when deposit is sent to the host. The host will let guests, who send deposit later, know and pay it back in case when a duplicated reservation is made by two other groups.

• 선입금, 선예약 입니다. 보증금 이체완료시 예약이 확정상태로 돌아서며, 유선상 예약을 하셨더라도 보증금 지불 전까지는 타인에게 객실이 노출되어 예약이 진행 될 수 있는 점 알려드립니다. 보증금 지불전 타인에 의해 객실이 예약확정 상태가 되면 호스트는 게스트에게 상황설명후 예약취소 또는 (뒤늦게 보증금이 이체된경우) 보증금 환불이 이루어 지게 됩니다.

• Parking is not available for Entire house A and B, but it is available for Entire house C, D and E (Two cars per a property).

• ​집전체 A, B는 원칙적으로 주차자리가 제공되지않습니다. 집전체  C, D, E의 경우 한 그룹당 2대까지 주차자리가 제공됩니다. 관련 문의사항은 호스트에게 문의 부탁드립니다.
